USPS Residential Free Shipping on orders over $20 in applies to Consumer level accounts only. Free shipping for Orders Over $20 DOES NOT apply to UPS Ground. Please select UPS Ground or LTL for ALL Wholesale relationship orders.

Free Local Delivery for orders over $100 applies to local business customers who are on daily route. Please contact your sales rep if you are interested in finding out if your business qualifies for this service.

LTL applies to orders over $1800 and will display as option when criteria is met.

Free pickup is available at the 1925 Alum Creek facility from 9am-4pm M-F the day AFTER order has been placed.

NOTE: The real-time shipping rate quoted at the time of sale is ONLY an estimate. The actual charge may vary based on factors such as package size, service additions on the shipment, residential shipping, and account-specific discounts.  Regrettably, we do not currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

ORDERING INFORMATION: All online orders placed before 12:00 EST midnight will ship the next business day. All faxed or emailed orders placed before 4:00 pm EST will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 4:00 pm EST will be processed the next business day and shipped the following business day. All Central Ohio deliveries will be processed and delivered on your scheduled delivery day. If you have an emergency order, please call for special arrangements.
